Job Summary:

As an Account Supervisor at The Gate, you will be a key player in managing and growing client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of advertising and marketing, and a proven track record in account management. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the account team, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Client Leadership:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives and maintaining a deep knowledge of their industry.

  • Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies aligned with their business goals.

  • Provide guidance to the account team in the development of creative briefs and campaign strategies.

Team Management:

  • Supervise and mentor account executives and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and agency standards.

  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, making proactive adjustments as needed.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Lead post-campaign reviews to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience at a full-service advertising agency.

  • Proven experience in account management within an advertising agency, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning.

  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

  • $85k-$100k
