The Gate New York is looking for our next cohort of Summer Interns for 2026! We're offering internships across account management, strategy, media/analytics, and creative departments.

Program Details:

  • Applications: Open 11/25/2025 – Close 2/16/2026

  • Interviews: March 2026

  • Offers: Early April 2026

  • Program Dates: 6/2/2026 – 8/6/2026

  • Compensation: Paid internship

  • Schedule: 30 hours/week (9:30am–5pm Mon-Thu, 9am–1pm Fri—yes, Summer Fridays!)

  • Work Model: Hybrid – In-office Tuesday-Thursday at our NYC location, remote Monday & Friday

  • Eligibility: Rising seniors eligible to work in the USA

  • Housing: Intern responsibility

Account Management Internship

Be the connection point between brilliant ideas and successful execution. Account Management interns learn to orchestrate complex projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster. You'll see how agencies operate from the inside while developing skills that translate across industries.

What You'll Do:

  • Facilitate internal and client meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders

  • Assist in developing budget-tracking systems and project timelines that keep campaigns on track

  • Conduct competitive intelligence research using AI research assistants to uncover market trends and opportunities

  • Build compelling PowerPoint presentations with AI-enhanced design and content suggestions

  • Learn the end-to-end agency workflow—from brief to delivery

  • Present your work to senior leadership and develop executive communication skills
