The Gate New York is looking for our next cohort of Summer Interns for 2026! We're offering internships across account management, strategy, media/analytics, and creative departments.

Program Details:

  • Applications: Open 11/25/2025 – Close 2/16/2026

  • Interviews: March 2026

  • Offers: Early April 2026

  • Program Dates: 6/2/2026 – 8/6/2026

  • Compensation: Paid internship

  • Schedule: 30 hours/week (9:30am–5pm Mon-Thu, 9am–1pm Fri—yes, Summer Fridays!)

  • Work Model: Hybrid – In-office Tuesday-Thursday at our NYC location, remote Monday & Friday

  • Eligibility: Rising seniors eligible to work in the USA

  • Housing: Intern responsibility

Media/Analytics Internship

If you're passionate about data-driven storytelling and want to understand how modern advertising reaches the right audiences at the right time, this is your opportunity. You'll learn how AI and machine learning are transforming media planning, audience targeting, and campaign optimization in real-time.

What You'll Do:

Media:

  • Master digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic platforms and emerging ad technologies

  • Learn the complete media-buying lifecycle—from research and planning to execution and reconciliation

  • Explore AI-powered audience targeting, predictive modeling, and bid optimization strategies

  • Participate in publisher and client meetings to understand the business side of media

  • Monitor social media trends and leverage AI tools for content performance analysis and trend forecasting

Analytics:

  • Transform raw data into actionable insights using analytics platforms and AI-assisted reporting tools

  • Build automated dashboards and reports that tell compelling stories with data

  • Use machine learning models to identify patterns, predict campaign performance, and optimize outcomes

  • Create executive-level presentations that translate complex data into clear business recommendations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to answer strategic questions about live campaigns and performance
